A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute People Ops and Total Rewards Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading on People Operations Reporting and Analytics
  • People process identification and streamlining
  • Budgeting in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Finance

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • 5 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience
  • Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics
  • Experience building world class Total Rewards programs
  • High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
