A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute People Ops and Total Rewards Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading on People Operations Reporting and Analytics
- People process identification and streamlining
- Budgeting in partnership with Talent Acquisition and Finance
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- 5 years of Human Resources / People Operations experience
- Experience building, maintaining and presenting HR data analytics
- Experience building world class Total Rewards programs
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
