Job Summary

A software analytics company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute People Science Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Coaching client HR, leaders, and managers on how best to understand and use feedback
• Providing day-to-day consulting support for a large portfolio of customers
• Helping senior leaders gain insights from linking employee feedback to KPIs

Required Skills:

• You are willing to travel 25-50%
• You have at least 5 years experience consulting internally or externally in the employee engagement industry
• Statistics, survey design, and I-O/OD theories are basic skills for you
• People seek your counsel, and you care very much about giving sound advice
