Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute People Vice President.

Must be able to:

  • Lead and mentor the members of the People Ops and Talent Acquisition team
  • Plan and lead change management to ensure the adoption of new processes and protection of culture and values
  • Oversee employee training and development

Required Skills:

  • Strong HR functional expertise
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen
  • HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP) and/or Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field
  • Track record of successfully operating in a fast-growing, dynamic, global organization
  • Experience implementing HR programs, processes, and systems for scale and service
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and in writing
