A software company has a current position open for a Telecommute Performance and Scale Engineering Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Constantly striving to optimize the team for efficient execution
  • Managing a team of up to 3 developers and 2 QA engineers
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to your team

Required Skills:

  • 3 years' experience optimizing and tuning Performance of monolithic enterprise applications
  • 4-5 years experience optimizing scale and performance for multi-tenant cloud and on-prem applications
  • Primarily backend expertise: Java, Spring, Hibernate, RDBMS
  • Experience with Docker
  • Experience with CI/CD (Team City, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Working experience with modern version control systems (Git)
