Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Performance Improvement Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing leadership and management of provider data quality and analytics team and coordination with IT and Network management teams
  • Creating and maintaining client specific dashboards as it relates to provider data
  • Leading the provider data gap analysis process for new clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5 years+ of health plan experience in a management role in one or more functional areas of service operations required
  • 10 or more years of experience in health plan operations
  • 5+ years managing a team
  • 5+ years leading provider data management within a Payer organization
  • Mandatory health care information management knowledge in some combination of Provider, Payer or specialty care organizations
  • Excellent written computer and oral communication skills
