An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Personal Lines Underwriting Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing regional underwriting processes
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory authorities
• Advising staff on administrative policies and procedures

Position Requirements Include:

• 25% travel is required
• 7 years experience managing underwriting operations
• 5 years experience actively managing state results to achieve profitable growth
• Experience managing staff and partners areas in high change environments
• Must have understanding of underwriting guidelines
