Job Summary

A pharmaceutical company is filling a position for a Telecommute Pharmaceutical Brand Activation and Content Lead Participant Experience Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Ensure harmony and consistency across content created by matrixed content leaders on Participant Experience team, Advocacy teams
  • Test and learn with new channels and media in partnership with Participant Ecosystem Lead
  • Improve standardized templates for execution and ensure they are optimized across therapeutic areas

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • BA or BS degree
  • 15+ years healthcare marketing and advertising experience
  • Experience leading a team of seasoned marketers and high performers
  • Multi-therapeutic area experience
  • Experience in successfully executing across highly matrixed teams
  • Good understanding of Good Clinical Practice and the clinical trial and recruitment process
