A global pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Pharmaceutical Client Services Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Provides phone, email and on-line/Web assistance
- Provides customer training as needed
- Documents, tracks and monitors client incidents in various systems
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must have at least 3 years' experience
- Experience with Medicare Part B and Private Payer Billing
- Requires a minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible related medical practice experience
