Job Summary

A global pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Pharmaceutical Client Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provides phone, email and on-line/Web assistance
  • Provides customer training as needed
  • Documents, tracks and monitors client incidents in various systems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must have at least 3 years' experience
  • Experience with Medicare Part B and Private Payer Billing
  • Requires a minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible related medical practice experience
