Job Summary
A staffing company is in need of a Telecommute Pharmaceutical Research and Development Senior Recruiter in Cambridge.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identifying and clarifying sourcing needs and objectives
- Executing strategic sourcing and recruiting initiatives
- Developing and managing job board relationships to support strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Able to work onsite for 3 days a week, telecommuting the other 2
- Possess superior analytical and problem solving skills
- 8+ years recruitment experience and strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry
- Previous leadership experience in a recruiting function for the Pharmaceutical R&D industry
- Knowledge and experience with Job Board and Recruiting strategies
- Able to use innovative sourcing strategies
