Job Summary

A specialty healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Pharmacist.

Must be able to:

  • Answer medication-related questions
  • Outreach to nephrologists, primary care providers, and dialysis center staff for medication coordination
  • Work collaboratively with care team members to address patient's social and medical needs holistically

Position Requirements Include:

  • Pharmacy degree from an accredited pharmacy school recognized by the American Council of Pharmaceutical Education
  • Valid state pharmacist license or must meet education requirement(s) for state licensure
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification
  • Great written and verbal communication
  • Great attention to detail
