Job Summary
A healthcare services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Pharmacist in Sugarland.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Monitoring, evaluating, and making recommendations to assure the appropriate and effective use of pharmaceuticals for patient care
- Implementing and evaluating patient care in compliance with client hospital policies, protocols and procedures
- Using the medication process to assess, plan, intervene when necessary
Qualifications for this position include:
- Texas state pharmacy license required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Must remain flexible and available to provide staffing assistance for any/all disaster or emergency situations
