Job Summary

A pharmacy benefit management company is seeking a Telecommute Pharmacy Benefit Underwriting Director in Eagan.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide both strategic direction and day to day guidance to a team of underwriters and managers
  • Develop, drive, and execute ASO pricing and margin strategies
  • Oversees and coordinates workflow for the underwriting team

Required Skills:

  • HS diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or related are of study
  • OR equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
  • 8 years of related experience and/or training
  • 5 years of leadership/people management experience
