Job Summary

A healthcare organization has an open position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Client Services Operations Technical Consultant.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Interface with clients to define technical requirements for client implementations and provide overall support
  • Provide leadership using in-depth knowledge of platforms and experience in healthcare
  • Partner with other stakeholders to streamline a corporate process for managing system service requests

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Healthcare implementation experience
  • Intermediate proficiency of Microsoft Office applications; intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
  • Intermediate to advanced data analysis skills managing data files; Access Databases and SQL coding experience
  • Proficiency with SharePoint tools; exposure to Waterfall and Agile project models/methodologies
