Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Clinical Programs Pharmacist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interacting with Pharmacy providers and patients via the telephone
- Working on primarily Medication Reconciliation services with nurses and patients
- Facilitating positive service and pharmaceutical outcomes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Licensed as a pharmacist in Arizona, Ohio or Texas
- Ability to participate in Federal prescription programs
- Self-directed, but also able to work well in a group
- Ability to solve problems and encourage others in collaborative problem solving
- Work ethic that is focused, accurate, and highly productive
