Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Pharmacy Engagement and Medication Therapy Management Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Participating in MTM meetings and leading weekly status calls
• Working with Internal Analytics Team and Pharmacy Performance Analyst to create MTM performance metrics
• Monitoring MTM performance metrics

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with government programs (Medicaid, Medicare, or Marketplace)
• Minimum of 2 years of project, vendor or implementation management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Visio
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
