Job Summary

A global healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Licensing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Manage a portfolio of Pharmacy licenses for OptumRx owned pharmacies
  • Solve complex application issues, assist with new projects, and create new reports and job aides for the pharmacy team
  • Ensure all licenses in your book are renewed on time

Required Skills:

  • Direct licensing experience and/or past experience with state boards of pharmacy
  • 3+ years’ experience in Pharmacy licensing
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Paralegal certificate is a plus
  • Notary designation is a plus
