Job Summary
A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Pharmacy PBM Benefit Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to pharmacy and product configuration teams
- Research and provide direction to team on complex PBM benefit coding and compliance issues
- Create, maintain and communicate detailed documentation
Position Requirements Include:
- Three (3) years PBM technical experience in benefit coding or claims adjudication or related area
- Associates degree in a business, information systems, or a related area or two (2) years work experience
- Previous experience in product configuration required
- Previous experience troubleshooting production issues within claims or customer information systems or databases required
- Skilled in outlook, word, excel, visio and powerpoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
