A medical product company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Pharmacy Technician Customer Service Representative in Deerfield.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Managing telephone, fax, and electronic or web product orders
• Resolving complex customer questions, complaints and requests
• Expeditng product availability and manages the release of back orders

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma with a minimum of 4 to 6 years supply chain or customer service experience.
• Expertise in working with Microsoft applications
• Ability to provide customers with superior service and a high level of satisfaction
• Proficient level of product and therapy knowledge
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of professionals
