Pharmaceutical company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Phase I II Oncology Senior Project Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing leadership to project teams
- Managing the day to day operations of domestic and international clinical projects
- Achieving operational excellence through on time delivery
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health related field
- Senior Project Leader level of 4+ years' experience working as a Project Manager
- Experience in project scheduling, managing resources and budgets and coordinating team activities
- Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions
- Detailed-oriented, computer proficient in a Windows environment and possess superior interpersonal and organizational skills
- Demonstrated functional line management experience leading and developing a team of direct reports
