Job Summary
A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Phone and Audit Stream Area Consulting Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage clock-in and clock-out hours for auditors
- Look into the disputes and quality issues reported externally or internally
- Interact with clients/customers, and maintain customer relationships
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or
- Equivalent experience
- Experience in conducting audit
- Excellent working knowledge of audit rules and applicable state regulations
- Ability to multitask and handle time sensitive urgencies
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
