Job Summary
A business process solutions consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommute Phone Auditor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working directly with the policyholder or their contact, over the phone
- Completing audits for Property & Casualty insurance policies
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have an associates or bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or Bookkeeping
- Have Insurance, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Payroll or other related work experience
- Insurance Premium auditor experience
- Experience working directly with the public, preferably on the phones
- Great customer service skills and the ability to communicate both written and orally
