Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Physiatrics Utilization Review Physician in Westminster.
Must be able to:
- Review medical files and provide recommendations for utilization review
- Return cases in a timely manner with clear concise and complete rationales and documented criteria
- Telephonically contacts providers and interacts with other health professionals in a professional manner
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to attend orientation and training
- Board certification by ABMS or American Board of Osteopathic Specialties is required for MD or DO reviewer
- Post-graduate experience in direct patient care
- Demonstrated ability to perform review services
