Job Summary
A staffing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Physician Coding Auditor in Dayton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing audits and evaluating compliance-related activities and services provided
- Interacting directly with physicians and other clinical staff
- Providing feedback when coding changes are received
Position Requirements Include:
- Must be at client location for the first 2 months for training and must continue to interact with physicians and staff
- Education Requirement: Associate's Degree
- Active Certifications: CCS, CCS-P, CPC, RHIA, RHIT
- 3+ years of coding experience
- 1 year of auditing experience in a physician practice setting
- Must have Epic experience
