A revenue cycle management services provider has a current position open for a Telecommute Physician Recruiter.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing daily and weekly reporting and updates to hiring leaders
- Ensuring candidates communications are followed up on in a timely manner
- Participating in ghosting sessions, intake sessions, recruiter meetings
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Assists with managing campus, in house and local community career events
- Bachelor's degree required
- At least 3+ years of recruiting
- Persuasive communication skills
- Strong skills managing sourcing projects and organizing plans
- Ability to analyze data information to draw conclusions
