Job Summary

An onsite radiology practice has a current position open for a Telecommute Physician Sourcing Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Participating in full cycle physician recruitment efforts
• Making offers for assigned positions
• Developing and implementing marketing plan

Qualifications Include:

• BS/BA
• 5 -7 years of related experience with 3+ years of physician recruitment experience
• Healthcare experience and strong knowledge of the Radiology field
• Considerable skill in sourcing and interviewing techniques
• Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong understanding of the RP Practice Model and contract language
