Job Summary
A provider of pallet and container pooling services has a current position open for a Telecommute Plant Automation Systems Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring newly deployed automation supports successful short term ramp
- Achieving long term budgeted performance objectives
- Leading programs to monitor and improve MTBF and MTTR on equipment across the network
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 50% nationwide travel
- BS in technical discipline
- 5 years in an automation environment with proven skills in PLC and controls equipment
- Plant floor leadership
- Extensive experience of working in a health and safety conscious environment
- Excellent IT & PLC skills
