Job Summary
A manufacturer of plant-based meat substitutes is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Plant Based Product Senior Consumer Care Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Scaling Consumer Care operations
- Championing an outstanding end-consumer experience
- Directing cross-team response teams to support compliance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Occasional visits to manufacturing sites
- 7+ years of experience managing a distributed and/or global support team
- Demonstrated success in support operations, vendor management, and business planning
- Intuitive and technical understanding of platforms
- Strong PC skills including MS Office, Google Suite
- Zendesk or comparable helpdesk experience is a must
