A healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Plastic Surgery Appeals Medical Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting clinicians to ensure timely and consistent responses to members and providers
- Providing guidance for clinical operational aspects of a program
- Serving as a resource and consultant to other areas of the company
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- M.D. or D.O.
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery approved by the American Board of Medical Specialties required
- Must possess an active unrestricted medical license to practice medicine
- 10 years of clinical experience or any combination of education and experience
