Job Summary

An education consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Platform Administrator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage all aspects of platform configuration during the implementation process
  • Ensure the product is properly configured for each client service delivery
  • Provide direct platform support to end users

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience supporting a SaaS product and familiarity with ETL processes and tools
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to account for and articulate the exact effects platform changes have on end user workflow
  • Expertise with CRM platform administrative functions (Salesforce or other)
  • Experience with the development cycle, including: Project Management, Engineering Management and QA
  • Experience with Technical Writing: documenting processes or basic functional requirements
