Job Summary
An education consulting firm is seeking a Telecommute Platform Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Manage all aspects of platform configuration during the implementation process
- Ensure the product is properly configured for each client service delivery
- Provide direct platform support to end users
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience supporting a SaaS product and familiarity with ETL processes and tools
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Able to account for and articulate the exact effects platform changes have on end user workflow
- Expertise with CRM platform administrative functions (Salesforce or other)
- Experience with the development cycle, including: Project Management, Engineering Management and QA
- Experience with Technical Writing: documenting processes or basic functional requirements
