Job Summary
A cloud software development company is in need of a Telecommute Platform Architect.
Must be able to:
- Design, build, and maintain performant, reusable, scalable, and reliable code
- Think about and recommend long term platform changes to ensure scalability
- Proactively identify areas for improvement in the software and products
Position Requirements Include:
- Significant experience developing and/or maintaining a Java application at Internet scale
- 10+ years strong meaningful individual contributor experience as a software engineer
- 5+ years Hands-on experience with distributed database technologies at scale (SQL/NoSQL)
- Strong experience in in utilizing APM tools and technologies
- Strong experience utilizing JUnit and other testing frameworks
- Strong experience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
