Job Summary

A non-profit organization is in need of a Telecommute Platform Front End Lead Software Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working with Project Managers and stakeholders to define requirements and scope
  • Establishing practical and extensible software development patterns
  • Collecting and deciding on front-end best practices and guidelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical colleagues to develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Experience with leading Engineering projects and teams
  • Experience mentoring less experienced engineers
  • Experience with enterprise architecture and software design patterns
  • Experience with domain-driven design
  • Expert knowledge of object-oriented programming (we use Ruby)
