Job Summary

A supplier of commercial and residential plumbing supplies is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Plumbing Supplies Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

• Serve as an IT liason to multiple business stakeholders and products/systems
• Build strong relationships/ rapport to drive end-to-end improvements
• Identify stakeholder pain points through continuous qualitative and quantitative research

Skills and Requirements Include:

• 5+ years of Business or IT work
• Knowledge of Ferguson environment
• 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient using Microsoft office products
• Maintains high level of enthusiasm and demonstrates strong work ethics
• Demonstrates professionalism with both internal contacts and external 3rd parties
