Job Summary
An energy company is in need of a Telecommute PMO Process Leader in Houston.
Must be able to:
- Collaborating with Digital Technology partners on both improving current processes and design
- Establishing baseline metrics for processes and measure ongoing activities to identify outliers or defects
- Driving continuous improvement on existing processes as well as look for simplification opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline with strong expertise in project management
- Have experience in Information Technology
- Have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Have leadership/management experience relating to project management
- Have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence and resolve conflict
- Be able to develop strategy plans for the direction and management of business process
