Job Summary

A commercial real estate services and investment firm is in need of a Telecommute PO Management and General Ledger Finance Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Manage budgeting process, forecasting process, and standard monthly corporate and client P&L reporting
  • Create and/or review and approves AP uploads, accruals, and JEs in both corporate and client journals
  • Conduct other special financial and business studies and other duties as a partner with operational management

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's from a four-year college or university in a business-related field
  • Requires a minimum of six years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of financial and accounting terms and principles including accruals
  • Ability to calculate complex figures factoring in contractual terms
