Job Summary
A commercial real estate services and investment firm is in need of a Telecommute PO Management and General Ledger Finance Manager.
Must be able to:
- Manage budgeting process, forecasting process, and standard monthly corporate and client P&L reporting
- Create and/or review and approves AP uploads, accruals, and JEs in both corporate and client journals
- Conduct other special financial and business studies and other duties as a partner with operational management
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's from a four-year college or university in a business-related field
- Requires a minimum of six years related experience to include at least two years in a lead or supervisory capacity
- Ability to apply excellent written and verbal communication skills to accurately explain/report activity
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- Requires in-depth knowledge of financial and accounting terms and principles including accruals
- Ability to calculate complex figures factoring in contractual terms
