Job Summary

A financial service provider is seeking a Telecommute Policy Service Specialist I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Modifying and changing the billing systems based on amendments and renewals
  • Providing superior customer service and directly contribute to a positive customer experience
  • Being responsible for adherence to established financial controls

Position Requirements Include:

  • Associate’s degree in Business or related field OR
  • 1 to 2 years equivalent experience in the insurance industry
  • Has developed breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems
  • Aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite
  • Developed knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to produce grammatically correct documents
