Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Population Health Management Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing 3-5 Population Health Managers
- Collaborating with management to develop and implement strategic initiatives
- Developing and delivering programs, training, and adoption to client prospects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Healthcare, Business or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience working with physician practices
- 5+ years of client-facing experience within the healthcare domain
- Ability to operate independently and lead complex client interactions at C-level
- Extensive knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system
