Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Post Acute Clinical Advisor Registered Nurse in Louisville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing network participation, care with specialty networks, care with DME providers and transfers
- Recommending services for Plan members utilizing care alternatives
- Identifying potentially unnecessary services and care delivery settings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10% travel
- Active RN license in the state(s) in which the nurse is required to practice
- Ability to be licensed in multiple states without restrictions
- Prior clinical experience preferably in an acute care, skilled, rehabilitation or home health clinical setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to work independently under general instructions and with a team
