Job Summary

A holding company focused on powersports aftermarket products has a current position open for a Telecommute Powersports Product Customer Service and Support Associate.

Must be able to:

• Handle all ranges of levels of interaction with customers via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels
• Work with our logistics, techs, suppliers, and order management teams
• Facilitate all aspects of customer interaction

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries
• Time management skills and the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
• Established communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Sound problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to interact and work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
