Job Summary

An information technology and consulting company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Pre Sales Support Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Manage communication on contract renewals adhering to documented processes
  • Perform portal documentation uploads and maintenance
  • Generate sales-related communication with direction monthly for ServiceNow uploads

Required Skills:

  • Experience generating sales-related communication
  • Ability to create contracts from existing templates
  • Experience with researching, coordinating and obtaining information for marketing collateral
  • Ability to facilitate and manage the collection of information to assemble the completed RFP response documents
  • Experience with providing follow up on all outstanding, open contracts
  • Ability to obtain delivery lines of business approvals on labor
