Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Premier Client Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships within assigned clients
  • Identifying and executing business strategy for assigned client segment
  • Identifying, prioritizing and resolving client issues/concerns

Qualifications Include:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client service capacity
  • Must have had high level of interaction with internal/external clients and partners
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) skills
  • Planning and project management capabilities
  • Ability to give presentations to small and large groups of people
