Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Premier Support Solutions Supervisor in the Orlando Area.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing and directing the daily activities of agents and leads
  • Communicating solutions, successes, best practices and opportunities within the organization
  • Using all available tools to ensure effective supervising, planning, and managing functions

Required Skills:

  • Must reside within 75 miles of Orlando and be able to attend on-site training at Orlando call center
  • Bachelor's degree or associate's degree from an accredited institution
  • 1+ year(s) experience in call center management
  • Experience with Avaya CMS and other helpdesk reporting tools
  • Must have a track record of building teams that consistently exceed client expectations
