Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Premium Customer Solutions Program Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Create informative and actionable insights that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data on performance metrics
  • Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of analytical, consulting, and/or program management experience, preferably with large global organizations
  • You have a passion for creating reporting products that are intuitive to use and enable others with data
  • You have a strong ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
  • You can juggle and prioritize a high-volume workload while handling details accurately, in a timely manner, and under pressure
  • You’re able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
  • You do not cut corners ethically and you earn trust and maintain confidence
