Job Summary
A software development company is in need of a Telecommute Premium Customer Solutions Program Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Create informative and actionable insights that highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, and report data on performance metrics
- Develop and maintain standardized operational reports and dashboards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of analytical, consulting, and/or program management experience, preferably with large global organizations
- You have a passion for creating reporting products that are intuitive to use and enable others with data
- You have a strong ability to convey complex concepts and information to a broad audience
- You can juggle and prioritize a high-volume workload while handling details accurately, in a timely manner, and under pressure
- You’re able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions from it
- You do not cut corners ethically and you earn trust and maintain confidence
