Job Summary

A software company is seeking a Telecommute Premium Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Serving as case manager for assigned Premium Support customers
  • Researching, reproducing, troubleshooting, and solving highly challenging technical issues
  • Providing oversight and guidance to support engineers

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is required
  • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, or delivering solutions on Linux, Java and Python
  • BA / BS / MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience with traditional RDBMS and NoSQL databases
  • 7+ years in an application development or consulting role
  • 5+ years customer facing experience
