Job Summary

An information technology data management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Premium Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as case manager for enterprise customers subscribed to the Premium program
  • Providing oversight and guidance to the support team working with your customers
  • Serving as internal and external point of contact on customer escalations

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time is required
  • BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 7+ years in an application development or consulting role
  • 5+ years customer facing experience
