Job Summary

An internet technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Premium Support Product Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing working knowledge of the company's Platform
  • Maintaining knowledge of solutions and integrations within customer environments
  • Serving as customer advocate to ensure that issues are resolved quickly and efficiently

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel to assigned customer locations if needed
  • 1+ years commercial experience within the information technology industry
  • University Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications (CISSP, Security +,CEH )
  • Knowledge of service delivery or account management in a post and/or presales environment
  • Strong formal presentation and effective communication skills
