Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommute Presales Technical Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Researching and writing the responses to technical sections of RFI/RFPs
- Acting as technical point of contact for customers and the sales team
- Keeping up to date with new products that are introduced and maintains product certifications
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience
- Prior experience in IBM hardware/software presales or consulting
- 4 years experience in IT, and/or in consulting
- Technical sales presentation experience and knowledge and experience with IBM Power systems
- Strong oral presentation, written communications skills, outstanding time management skills
