Job Summary

A computer services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Principal Agile Scrum Master.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Seek opportunities for ways the team can improve
• Ensure that the scrum teams have the resources they need, are focused on their work, remove obstacles, etc

Qualifications Include:

• Solid foundation in Agile/Scrum fundamentals
• Considerable experience supporting complex software implementation involving globally distributed teams
• Expertise with encouraging Agile behaviors, practices, norms, ceremonies, etc
• Ability to coordinate logistics for Agile ceremonies and practices, backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
