A computer software and services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Principal Cloud Services Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Taking ownership of incidents reported by the customer or by proactive monitoring tools
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions
- Addressing customer Service Requests/ Changes as per the process
Position Requirements Include:
- Advanced Administration skills in Windchill PDMLink
- Windchill CAD Data management and visualization
- Advanced understanding of Windchill Rehost and upgrade
- Advanced command line Linux Skills
- Ability to lead, coach and mentor a team of 5-10 people
- DB and VMware knowledge
