A health information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Principal Contracts.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and manage the full contract lifecycle of a portfolio of contracts
• Negotiate various types of agreements such as contracts, contract amendments and change requests
• Identify risks and issues in contract performance and works to mitigate

Required Skills:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or above; JD a plus
• You have full proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
• You have 8-10 years of contracts management/legal experience in IT/Technology related fields
• You are an energetic self-starter with initiative and creative approach to problem solving
• You have strong analytical, research, problem solving, decision making skills
• You can balance strategic thinking and attention to detail
