A consumer electronics company is seeking a Telecommute Principal Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading the development and measurement of account KPIs
- Developing customer-specific case studies
- Leading development and execution of customer outcome action plans
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or other STEM major
- 5+ years experience in software/tech marketing, operations, sales, etc
- 3+ years of experience in a direct customer facing role
- Legal authorization to work in the US
