Job Summary

A consumer electronics company is seeking a Telecommute Principal Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading the development and measurement of account KPIs
  • Developing customer-specific case studies
  • Leading development and execution of customer outcome action plans

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science or other STEM major
  • 5+ years experience in software/tech marketing, operations, sales, etc
  • 3+ years of experience in a direct customer facing role
